About CAESAR

CAESAR (CAndidatE Search And Rank) is a tool for prioritizing candidate genes for complex traits. It was developed by the Mohlke lab and the Vision lab at the University of North Carolina Departments of Genetics and Biology.

Currently CAESAR is only available for human traits, but it is being adapted to work on model systems such as Arabidopsis and Yeast.
